My program is used to change boot background image and Log On background (not Welcome Screen) on Windows XP only, and you can download it for free, here i share an installer that change your boot background image and Log On background (not Welcome Screen) in single click so no need to do anything else. Here is the link that i made, it's KOS-MOS Edition... ^^ hope you like it... :)
Instruction :
1. Download the file.
2. Put it on Drive root system, (usually on C:\).
3. Execute file (please enable your registry to make it work).
4. Restart your system.
